Cozy, Calm Corner

Help me give my students a cozy, calming corner to help them focus and regulate themselves!

My Project

My students are awesome individuals who love to learn, but they also have a lot going on in their lives and throughout the school day. I am hoping to create a cozy corner in my classroom. This would be a space that students can go to when they need a break to calm down or refocus to do their best.

Having a classroom that feels calm and comfortable will help the students be able to be their best selves everyday.

Additionally, with a cozy, calm corner students learn important skills such as how to recognize and advocate for their needs, and to practice self-regulation strategies.
