This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom carpet is an important space for us to get together to learn. I love reading to my students as they gather to hear the journeys of story book characters. It is also a place for our classroom community to get together to talk and discuss what we have learned or check in for Social Emotional Learning.
The rug will also add to the aesthetic of our classroom by adding a clean pop of color that unifies our color scheme.
With a calming palette of greens and grays, my students will be able to focus on the learning taking place!
