My Project

I am a new TK teacher at Valhalla Elementary, and at the top of my wish list is a classroom rug!

Rugs are an anchor for every classroom.

They provide a place for us to gather together and provide comfort and warmth, and they are quite helpful with noise reduction.

I chose this particular rug for its calming colors and to give each child a defined square space as we gather for circle time lessons, stories, and games. It also offers the perfect play area for building blocks, train tracks, and Legos.
