Covid Can't Stop Our Learning

Help me give my students cleaning supplies for their desks, basic materials so each child has their own class supplies like markers, erasers, pencils, glue, computer cleaning tools.

My Students

My amazing students come from multiple cities around the school. They enter the school every day and are energetic and ambitious to learn. They never let their home atmosphere stop them from becoming lifelong learners. I want to be able to say I gave each child who came into my classroom, everything they needed in order to be successful. My students attend a creative arts, public, charter school, and I aim to give each child opportunities to excel inside and outside of the classroom.

My Project

This project is to get main supplies for my students in the event of returning to school. Since I teach in a low income school many students will not be able to have their own supplies. Many of them depend on community supplies which we can longer have. The markers, pencils, erasers, cleaning supplies, folders, buckets, staplers are for each child to have at their own desks. I also have requested shower curtains to build a cube around children where they can still learn and see their teacher while learning. It is my hope that with this project I will be able to make families and my students feel comfortable in the classroom setting.
