My Students

My students are incredible! They are diverse, resilient, funny, and strong! I love being able to work with them in their struggles and see them grow!

Every student deserves to be seen, heard, and helped!

My students struggle with mental illness, truancy, trauma, poverty, family issues, and much more while still trying to succeed in school. They deserve to succeed, thrive, and be happy! My goal is to help them learn the skills and provide the tools to do so.

My Project

As school social workers, the biggest part of our job is doing counseling with children and teens. Many students who don't have access to mental health care end up on our caseload for counseling so they can have the services they need.

The items in this project will help us increase our effectiveness in counseling and help the students heal and progress even more.

We are always looking for new interventions and new ways to help our students. We care about them deeply and want them to grow, heal, and succeed in their endeavors.
