My Project

The items provide a mindful environment and beneficial tools to regulate emotions. My counseling room goal is to use the fidget toys, games, coloring books and sound machine to assist with social and emotional needs. The items for the project will be used in group and individual sessions throughout the school year.

Providing the environment and fidget toys for students helps with providing a comfortable space to decompress while at school.

Practicing mindfulness helps reduce stress and anxiety, especially when coping strategies are being taught. Thank you for your time!
