Corkboard Educational Displays

Help me give my students corkboards to display anchor charts and organize our classroom.

My Project

I am moving classrooms, grade levels and buildings from first grade to fifth grade. The new classroom has lots of older qualities including chalkboards. I am hopeful in making these chalkboards into cork boards to help the fifth graders have more places for items to be displayed and they can easily add things to it. The command strips will be used to help hang the cork boards.

The cork boards will create new bulletin boards for the students to have communication as well as learning tools be present.

It is important to provide materials that empower the students to move and use the classroom independently. I am so excited for this project because it will help accomplish the goal of student autonomy in fifth grade!
