My Project
I have the chance to work with students with a variety of diagnoses/classifications from Learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, deaf/hard of hearing to Emotional Disturbance. Due to my students disabilities, they have difficulty with their expressive language.
These toys will help promote their expressive language through the use of core words such as "More, open, help, go and close.
These toys are perfect for improving their language through play.
These toys will teach early play skills in the therapy room that are vital to more advanced play skills and more. These barn animals, stacking items, sensory toys and spin up toys are needed in my therapy room to assist my speech and language students. The materials and games will also help to maintain engagement in activities
My students will be eager to use these materials in the therapy room and beyond! Thank you for helping!
