This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My 4th and 5th graders are rambunctious, angry, hesitant, ambitious, and loving of life. They run to get into my classroom and they are ready to learn, that's when you know you’re doing something right. I love to see all of them in attendance on a daily basis. My students lost a lot of knowledge during virtual learning but are willing to learn and try their absolute best to learn and to comprehend everything that is taught to them.
Teaching children with disabilities is like opening up a box of Cracker Jacks, always looking for that ring, and getting something else you love even more.
My Project
My students and I need a copier in our classroom. We have a lot of teachers and we do have one copier on each floor, but the copier is either broken or always occupied. I can never get a copy when I need it, so I have to get my students together and we have to walk down three hallways and back, sometimes just to get one copy.
I requested a copier once and the supplier did not have it anymore.
I had to order something else I needed just as much, but a classroom copier is needed very much.
