This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In an integrated co-teacing classsroom, special education students learn alongside their peers. In order for the curriculum to be accessible, we often provide scaffolds and added supports. Although we try to anticipate places within the lesson where students may need these supports, there are times within the lesson when the opportunity arises in which it would be helpful to print something to facilitate with learning in the moment. With a classroom printer, I would have the opportunity to print these resources in real time as they are needed and when the opportunities present themselves.
