This is a student-requested project to help them become a more creative and respectful community of learners. These games, puzzles, and scissors will make a difference in student learning by providing them with opportunities to learn to share and take turns to communicate as a cooperative community.
The specific goals students developed for this project are to learn to take turns and use respectful words when creating and playing games and solving problems.
What makes this class so special are the wide cultural, home, and academic learning levels. Students are learning how to work with each other and work through language barriers and in some cases just learning to play with others.
