My Project
My students are enraptured by STEM activities which allow them to learn science, technology, engineering and math. We do a lot of engineering projects and strategy-building games during school.
My kids love learning and building so much...so, I have the coolest idea: sending science and engineering kits home for homework.
This homework will give my students more opportunities to expand our perspectives and our creativity. The science kits I am requesting include a volcano kit, clay kit, and magnet kit. These are just the ticket.
Every week, two students will bring home one of these awesome science kits to experiment with their families as homework.
They will write a short summary of their experiment and share it with the class. By having more access to a variety of science-focused activities at home, my students will develop their creativity and critical thinking skills.
