This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school has a very unique floor plan. We are a circular building with classrooms that have windows facing the street. These classes have an AC, ample lighting and windows where students can see their neighborhood. My office is located in the inner circle where we have no AC or windows. Students are usually very excited to work in a small group in my office but dread it during the warmer months.
As the weather gets warm the temperature is rising in our office, help us get fans that will cool us off and keep the noise down!
Having a cool office where students can work and stay focused is important. Usually we have the keep the door open to let a breeze or draft come in. But that means that we are also letting in hallway noise and other distractions. That is why I am asking for quiet standing fans that will give us some relief from the heat! The cans of compressed air are to help us keep the fans clean as we hope to use them for years to come!
