My Project
Cooking is more than just making meals. It’s a hands-on way for special education students to learn independence, teamwork, and essential life skills. In our classroom, we use cooking to teach measuring, following directions, fine motor skills, and problem-solving, all while building confidence and social interaction.
However, we need your help to make these lessons possible!
Your generous donation will provide ingredients, adaptive cooking tools, and safe kitchen equipment so our students can experience the joy and learning that come from preparing their own meals.

Learn Essential Life Skills – Preparing food teaches independence and self-care.
