My Students
We have 18 loving, energetic 4-year-olds in our Pre K class who love to learn, are eager to try new things, and are having fun while adjusting to being in a classroom setting. Their enthusiasm with all we do is contagious!
My Project
In our Pre-K classroom, we use cooking to teach many lessons. Math, science, hygiene, cleaning up and sharing are all part of our weekly cooking lessons. The children look forward to pushing up their sleeves and taking turns measuring and mixing to create yummy treats that we share with others in the school and then bring home to their parents to share with them as well. This new toaster oven will enable us to step up our cooking times to get more done efficiently, as our small one takes forever.
