My Project

Both math and reading manipulatives increase student engagement and allow students to build on and learn abstract concepts. These manipulatives would give my students the opportunity to engage in lesson contents easier and allow for a multisensory experience to build a deeper understanding. Flexible seating provides a more comfortable and welcoming environment while also increasing engagement, collaboration and productivity. Physical education equipment will allow me to continue to promote a healthy active lifestyle and allows our class to work on gross motor skill development and increase cognitive performance all while promoting positive classroom behaviors and culture.
