My Students

My students are amazing human beings on the cusp of taking the world into their hands. Even though we live in an impoverished, rural area, these students take success very seriously, and most aim to be college bound. The students in my classroom are also sometimes reluctant readers, but with a little help and a lot of love, I aim to turn them into literary connoisseurs or at very least a group of youths who enjoy reading and see its necessity.

My Project

My students need information because it is the key to learning. Sometimes they need this information instantly, and the ability to research at the touch of a button cannot be ignored. Therefore, these chrome books will be used to maximize my students’ access to information as well as their ability to word process and publish that information in my writing-intensive classroom environment where the focus is a social sensibility as well as an effective communication style. These computers will allow my students to access the information they need in order to bolster their opinions with facts as well as stay up to date on current events and issues.
