Connecting Via Technology. Working On The Same Screen.

Help me give my students the best experience via technology. While conducting classroom guidance lessons with my elementary school students, I wish to be able to connect to their iPads via my Microsoft Surface table.

My Project

Our school is located in a neighborhood where crime, and violent acts are rapid. Students are in serious need of trauma-informed lessons, debriefing, and a safe space to release their fears and anxieties. My classroom guidance lessons taught via technology will assist me with working through these issues. Having the Surface tablet will aid in my guiding them through the lessons, controlling what screens they are on, and working with them on the lessons. We are doing small groups with other materials, but the visual lessons will be more effective for my elementary students. Crime is all around US, from the rising of the sun to the going down of the same. These kids are not being allowed to enjoy their childhood for fear of death, being shot, or killed. I need to ease their fears and reassure them that together we can overcome their fears and anxieties via guidance lessons.
