Help me give my students a powerful way to connect, learn, and feel heard on a daily basis whether they are able to be here in the classroom in-person or are working remotely from home.
Many of my students are special education students or students that have fallen behind from covid who are working hard to fill in the gaps in their learning.
They need ways to interact with curriculum. A subscription to Nearpod will allow me to create lessons that the students can log into from anywhere and use the tools to answer questions and play games together as a class.
This helps them focus on the lesson as well as remember the skill being taught. It also helps to make learning fun, which is so helpful to students who struggle with academics. With Nearpod I can also assess their learning and respond in real time, which helps me individualize my instruction.
