My Project
My students are bright, resilient, and full of potential. They come to school each day eager to learn, despite facing personal challenges that many adults would struggle to handle. I love their perseverance and the way they support one another like a family.
Many of my students lack access to basic hygiene products at home, which can affect their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to focus in class.
By providing essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, sanitary napkins, and room refreshers, I'm helping to meet their most basic needs so they can come to school feeling clean, comfortable, and ready to learn. When students feel good about themselves, they participate more, engage with peers more positively, and perform better academically. These small items make a huge difference in their daily lives.
