My Project

We have several children who do not push themselves to read hard books because we go from picture books to thick chapter books. It's hard to find good quality beginner chapter books and as of right now, I have a very limited selection of them.

I want to be able to provide beginner chapter books to boost the kids' confidence and encourage them to read harder books.

So many students are picking picture books when I know they are ready for more. But, they are intimidated by the bigger books. If I have a good selection of early chapter books, I believe I can encourage my reluctant readers to become avid readers.
