My students need an Airdyne AD2 Upright Exercise Bike using the fan wheel for resistance to provide a full-body cardio workout that will condition them for wrestling.

My Students

The wrestlers I am coaching this year are a dedicated group of young men with the drive to be the best. They have the discipline that is required day in and day out even during the off-season. I see their passion for the sport. They are putting the time in and working hard. As their coach, I want to provide them with as many opportunities as I can to see them excel and be a champion in wrestling and in life.

My Project

My wrestlers have to be able to withstand endurance. When they wrestle, their matches are continuous and nonstop. They have to outwit and outmaneuver their opponents. Conditioning is so important and a critical part of being able to wrestle all three periods. We currently do not have any stationary bikes in our wrestling room. The Airdyne Bike will be perfect for full-body cardio workouts with the fan in front providing wind resistance. The harder my wrestlers pedal, the higher the resistance. It will give them a tough workout and a little extra gas in the tank as they continue their commitment to winning and being a champion.
