This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me and my colleague ensure that all of our students have access to the new math curriculum this year! It is 60% computer based and encourages puzzle-ing and pattern-seeking in order for students to discover mathematical concepts through exploration!

By donating to this project, you are breaking down the barrier of technology so that my students have access to rich mathematics.

This new curriculum has been mandated by the district but we have not been guaranteed the computer resources to teach it. Thus my coworker and I have brought it upon ourselves to fund our own computer carts for our classrooms to ensure that our students can access the curriculum as intended.
