My Students

Can you imagine walking down the hallways and students excited to get to their English Language Arts class? A classroom in which students are eager to write stories and respond to writing prompts. Through the integration of technology in the classroom students will be able to level out the playing field and compete at a higher level.

Our school is a Title I school of rich diversity that serves students from many backgrounds and cultures.

Our students are extremely bright, talented, and awesome young people who deserve educational opportunities that will help to enrich their life. The more opportunities our students are given to use technologies that will enhance their learning, they get excited and motivated to take on more ownership with their learning. Ultimately, we are helping them see their true potential and reach beyond the stars.

My Project

My wonderful 7th grade students need access to computers on a daily basis. By integrating the use of a computer workstation, students will have additional opportunities to conduct more research for their integrated science projects. Students will take what they have researched for their informational essays and then using the document camera create their own stories.

With a large viewing class computer my students will have a wealth of knowledge at their finger tips.

Through integrated hands-on experiences I will be able to provide my students with real world experiences that will greatly impact their learning far beyond the classroom.
