My Project

Our classroom emphasizes artistic integration, collaborative problem-solving, and effective organization of learning materials. We face several challenges:

1.

Outdated pencil sharpeners unable to accommodate various pencil types, leading to disruptions.

2. Lack of proper materials for displaying group work, especially during math problem-solving activities.

3. Insufficient organization systems for teaching materials and student exemplars, hindering efficient access to resources.

4. Need for high-quality, fine-point markers for clear writing, labeling, and artistic details.

We propose acquiring:

1. Electric pencil sharpeners that can sharpen different sizes of pencils, including colored pencils.

2. Lined chart paper for displaying group work, particularly for math problem-solving exercises.

3. Binders for organizing teaching materials and student exemplars.

4. Fine point Sharpie markers for various classroom activities.

These supplies will:

1. Increase efficiency by reducing time spent sharpening pencils and searching for materials

2. Accommodate various pencil types used in academic work and art projects

3. Facilitate group work and improve the presentation of collaborative problem-solving efforts

4. Enhance visual learning and communication skills, especially in mathematics

5. Improve organization and accessibility of teaching resources and student work samples

6. Provide a system for showcasing and referencing high-quality student work
