Compositions Need PLAYERS Now: A Projector for the Music Room!
My students need a good projector to share their compositions in music class.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Shrader's classroom raised $425
This project is fully funded
My Students
Improvising is a delightful way to begin composition in music classes. Did you know that music stimulates the WHOLE brain? My students come from diverse backgrounds, with many different experiences. Music becomes a team-building activity for the class and improvising really makes it fun!
Composition is the goal!
We use iPad programs to begin. With an iPad for student use and a high quality projector we can readily change an idea from one child into something we can all share! We will share our new-born ideas from the improvisation to our projector, encouraging each other to build and improve it, all with the use of technology.
My Project
We can compose our music privately and be pleased with the results. Paper and pencil are fine, but sharing on an iPad is better. Our old projector is dim and hard to see.
The best music is shared and the new projector will help us do just that!
We will be able to post our new-born compositions on the display, then invite others to enhance and build the music into something spectacular!
We can't wait to have the ability to see what each of the students have created! And who knows, we might have a budding composer in our midst!
