Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are now entering our fifth year into eSports bigger than ever. Since your last donation, we have won the California State Championship in Rocket League and are currently one of the top 5 teams in the United States! We look to bring a national championship home!
We hope to continue to bring more attention to our program as we seek to win more tournaments and ultimately win scholarships for our talented students.
It's hard to fathom that in this new age, students are getting signed by colleges to compete in eSports, but as this industry grows, let's be in the forefront for our students and give them the necessary tools to get to the colleges of their dreams.
With the three requested gaming desktop computers, our new goal is to catch up to other high schools and complete our build of a fully-fledged eSports Lab on campus so that students can compete in the various games they are interested and not have to worry about the lack of equipment at home.
