Complete a Classroom Set of Tables for My Brilliant Students

My Project

I currently teach over 120 students every day in my small public school classroom in Oakland, California. I teach English language arts for both 7th and 8th graders. I was honored to recently have a project funded to replace the small desks that many of my students have outgrown.

This project will fund a matching set of activity tables to replace the old ones in my classroom that are damaged and missing parts.

These tables will support collaborative learning activities, which lead to enhanced communication, increased engagement, and the development of critical thinking skills.

These tables will serve hundreds more students for years to come and will have a lasting impact on my teaching practice. Thank you for your time and consideration!
