Help me give my students a comparison microscope to use to help solve our class crime scenes accurately!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Uthe's classroom raised $2,520

My Project
Students in Forensic Science learn to solve crime cases using the physical evidence they are able to find at the crime scene. We set up a crime at the beginning of every unit and as the students learn about the new evidence they also apply it to solving the crime at hand.
Learning how to analyze physical evidence accurately is very important.
Being able to use a Comparison Microscope to determine if the students have a match for crime scene evidence and suspect evidence is extremely important.
Using the Comparison Microscope will give students a more realistic approach to crime scene solving because that is what is used in the Crime Labs.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
