My Project

Our library is a beautiful space where remarkable things happen daily. Students come into the library from every walk of life imaginable. Students are eager learners and thoughtful. The library is that one special place where everyone feels welcome and everyone knows something new and exciting is about to happen. We spend a significant part of our day on the rug as a community and it is the centerpiece of our space.

By adding cozy rugs to the library space, students will be able to read, enjoy stories read aloud, share ideas, learn, and explore together in small and large groups.

Help me make the school library an environment that is warm, inviting, and welcoming for all. I strive to create an environment to build a sense of community and family in the school library.

Please help bring beautiful rugs to our library community space. Cozy rugs will allow students to understand they are part of a community and allow students to sit in the space they need to feel safe and comfortable.
