This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our P. E department is developing and embracing a culture of high physical fitness. We do this by integrating exercises and activities that target the 5 components of health in every lesson. We do this by using various crossfitt workout formats
In addition, having a timer and megaphone will be a great tool to help students stay motivated, but more importantly to pace themselves at their own individual fitness level and to ensure they are being productive.
In addition, students will get a feeling of being at a commerical gym.
