My Project

I teach a K/1 ASD classroom with 14 students. We work on all areas of academics along with social skills and behavior management in our classroom. Our city adopted a new curriculum, TeachTown, that has an online component that is both teacher led and student led. Our students enjoy using IPads for TeachTown, but we currently only have two. With 14 students, this is not enough for a small group. Additionally, we use IPads for topic boards for communication during the school day.

With access to these IPads, our students will be able to make meaningful connections with the curriculum and others, while utilizing fun and engaging content.
