My Project

Our school has common spaces that allow classes to have flexible areas around the school to meet with small groups and whole groups throughout the day. These spaces not only are a place to learn, but these spaces also serve as a place to welcome visitors into our school.

The rugs in these areas need to be refreshed since they are worn from being used by various classes throughout the school year.

The edges of the rugs are becoming frayed and there are patches or worn spots that no longer give children soft places to sit and learn.

New rugs will make our common space feel welcoming and warm again.
