My Students

Every morning, I greet my students at the door with a good morning and a smile and a hug. I want my students to love coming to our classroom and love learning.

My school is located in southern Arizona.

It is a rural school with a vast population of students, with around 93% receiving free or reduced price lunch. Most of my students' parents went to the same school. The school is central to the town. My students come from both single and two parent homes. Some are even being raised by their grandparents and or other relatives. My school is a very close-knit family place; everyone knows everyone and we all work together to help each student achieve their goals.

My Project

These centers will help my students reinforce skills taught, in a fun and engaging way. The centers will be available and students will be able to choose which center they want, along with my picking centers to help them practice skills they need. I will be able to group the students based on need so that all students will be changed and learn all that they can.

These centers will help all my students to achieve their potential.

They will be playing games and having fun all while reinforcing skills taught over the course of the year. They will also be able to review skills so that they will never forget concepts already taught. These centers are a win-win for both the students and myself.
