This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you remember what it was like falling in love with technology? And now we have the option of bringing technology into the classroom to help our students learn in fun and effective ways.

A majority of the students in our school don't have computers at home.

They come to school to learn about technology. That means they don't have access to scanners, printers, or computers to help them do their homework. Even though their parents are not fluent with language and computers, these students are willing to learn technology...and move forward into the new generation of education. With the addition of ComicLife in our school, the students will be able to learn about all aspects of technology in a fun way.

My Project

This project is a request to get ComicLife into our school and our classroom. ComicLife is a fun software package that students can use to create reports for literature, social studies, geography, math, the environment, music, art, history, reading (book reports), and any other part of the curriculum that fifth graders learn about. It allows them to be creative with their reporting and learn how technology can improve their school work.

Your donation will help all of these students learn, even those with special needs will benefit from this project.

Every small donation will get us closer to looking after the health and wellness of each child and their education. It is important that we make a positive impact on every student. We will be able to continue this process from year-to-year with your help. Believe me, these kids will be excited to learn in this new and creative way.
