My Project
My students are an enthusiastic and energetic bunch. They are a diverse group of students ranging in their backgrounds, cultures, languages, and abilities. They have a love for learning and their curiosities about the world around them keeps our classroom a space for constant growth.
The wobbly spots will support my students' concentration skills during our whole group instruction.
Every day a chunk of our learning takes place at the rug as we sit in a circle. Sitting next to peers can be distracting but with these wobbly seats students will be able to stay focused as their body receives extra sensory input from the wobbly cushions. The rug seats will allow my students to sit comfortably at the library as they read books.
