This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help our project get funded! We are requesting to upgrade our current 20 plus year book shelves. Currently my students have to be very careful when getting books from our current library. The bookcases are so old that the shelves fall off a lot.

We are also requesting comfortable and soft stools for my students to sit on, instead of the hard carpet.

We want our library corner to be safe, comfortable and inviting, so that my students can practice reading, and achieve reading at grade level,
