My Students

I am blessed to work with 21 of the brightest and best kindergarteners. I currently have 21 students, 13 girls and 8 boys. This a wonderful group of children who love and support one another despite being from different backgrounds and life experiences.

Our school is a very small school located in Smyth County and many families in the community have children that attend our school.

Our school is a Title I school and all students PK-5 currently receive free breakfast and lunch.

My project is to supply my children with tables and chairs that will be comfortable and secure for them while they are learning. I want to provide them with the best learning environment possible, this includes the furniture that use on a daily basis.

My Project

Most Kindergartners are especially visual. With comfortable and attractive tables and chairs my students will be able to put their best foot forward and fully immerse themselves in the learning process.

The tables and chairs we currently have, have been there for several years and are not holding up too well.

My desire is for my students to have his/her own learning space with a comfortable matching chair. I would love for my students to feel comfortable and secure while in the learning environment. I feel that if I am able to provide them with this, learning possibilities would be limitless!
