This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a great group of "VERY" energetic four, five, and six year old. Each student is different and unique in their own way, but together we are a whole. They are always eager, motivated, and committed to their learning. They keep me on my toes all day and everyday. I am happy and proud to be a part of their team.

Most of my students come from low income/high poverty backgrounds, so I do the best of my ability to give my students the best opportunity and experiences I can give them.

Despite the challenges and their home lives, they come to school everyday with a big smile. They always try their best and give me 100%.

My Project

My classroom is need of some comfy floor seats in our library. As the school year progresses, I am noticing more about of how my students learn and stay focus the best. They need seats that will keep them comfortable and committed as they read and share their books with their friends. Not only will the seats keep their bottoms comfy, it will also help support their back support to help them adjust to the perfect position.

Happy students are engage students.

The comfy floor seats would be a great addition to our classroom. It will give my students a special place to sit and learn.
