Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
During my few years of teaching with students with challenges, I've seen how my students(children first) have opened up socially, emotionally and academically. They are totally different people from the 1st day of school to the last day of school. They have come to understand what's expected of them and have no intention of letting me down. They understand there self worth and have no reservations with advocating for themselves. They have built up this sense of autonomy and have opened their minds to the world and learning. My students make me proud day in and day out.
