Comfy, Cozy Classroom!

My students need flexible seating to create an inviting and relaxing environment while working. We would love wobble chairs, bean bags and much, much more to create this exciting classroom atmosphere!

My Students

I have the privilege of being a part of a brand new magnet school in my county. We have tremendous opportunity at our school to set the bar high and teach outside of the box.

My first graders are brand new to the first magnet school in my county.

My students come from all over the county with various backgrounds. This group of first graders are students who are willing to go the extra mile to give their best each and every day!

My Project

The flexible seating items will help my students to make choices throughout the day to help with with their decision making skills and independence. Each day my students will get the opportunity to choose where in the classroom they want to sit and use the flexible seating materials of their choosing. The yoga balls, wobble seats, lap desks, bean bags, and other flexible seating items will allow the students a comfy and cozy learning environment so that they can learn to the best of their ability!

The donations to this project will help my students grow as lifelong learners!

By implementing flexible seating in my classroom, my students will grow as the whole student, not only academically. Students will use decision making skills and social skills in order to choose their flexible seating and be able to take turns with other students in the classroom. This will allow my students to become effective learners in both areas academically and socially. Your support is truly appreciated in making this wish for my students come true!
