My Project

School days can be overwhelming especially for students with disabilities, that is why I am putting an emphasis on creating a cozy, welcoming environment for my students this year. I am a special education, self-contained teacher and want to revamp my classroom and classroom library!

No matter my students' strengths or areas of need I want them to have a place in my classroom where they can be themselves and let go of all their worries.

Whether that is on the couch surrounded by books, in the sensory room hanging out on the crash pad, or playing a game with their classmates!
