Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is my goal to provide several opportunities for flexible seating so my students will be able to learn at their most optimal learning capacity. Sometimes, that looks like sitting at a traditional desk and chair. Sometimes, that looks like sitting on a comfy couch to draft an essay or read a book.
There is no one-size-fits-all to learning.
Hence, there is also not a one-size-fits-all to what is considered comfortable seating.
This couch as part of our classroom flexible seating will be a game changer for my fifth graders. Thank you in advance for making this project possible.
