I am a co-teacher in a Pre-K 4 ICT Class. Our students are very special to us! They love coming to school and we love seeing their smiling faces running up to hug us when they get here. The students that enter the Pre-k program have many opportunities to learn and thrive. These energetic preschoolers enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore.
My Project
Right now, students have older outdated cots. Children in Pre-K need a solid amount of rest time to calm their bodies and minds as a break throughout their very busy days at school. These cots will be more sturdy and comfortable to help students take better naps while at school.
Naps provide much-needed downtime that aids the important physical and mental development in early childhood.
This will allow them to get much-needed rest so they can be ready to learn as best as possible throughout the other parts of their school day.
