Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students spend most of their day in the classroom environment where it is expected for them to sit at a desk all day.
With a soft rug and soft lighting, the classroom environment is transformed into a more relaxing atmosphere that invites calm learning.
As a teacher, I desire areas that students can use to relax and work as if the classroom were their home or safe place. For some students school is their escape, so why not make it as comfortable as possible for students to enjoy to the max.
