My Project
My wheelchair bound students are some of the most joyful and resilient individuals that I work with. The P Pod alternative seating option would give them the option to get out of their wheelchairs for periods of time while they are learning. Not only will this provide pressure relief/pain relief so that they can focus but also give them an opportunity to be just like their peers to often get to enjoy alternate seating options while they learn. Let’s help them feel more comfortable in their educational setting.
