My Project

Flexible seating allows my students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During independent work times, they choose a location in the classroom that works for them. Bu,t when it comes time for my direct instruction I want them up front paying attention to me.

A new fun, comfy, colorful rug would be the perfect way to help them be comfortable and pay attention.

We are getting a new school next year, and I would love to have a new rug to match all the new items in my room. The rug would be a great gathering place for read-alouds and a great place to sit while doing STEM stations.
