Comfortably and Creatively Heading Towards Success
Help me give my students opportunities to be creative with activities that allow them to express themselves.

My Students
I currently teach at a Title I high poverty school. However, my students are rich in creativity, grit, and perseverance. My students are hard working and driven and can be successful if gven the resources and opportunities needed to be comfortable and secure in the classroom.
I want my students to learn to be self-sufficient and be able to compete and succeed in the real world.
Therefore, I have implemented Personalized Learning in the classroom. I use the Blended Learning strategy by using technology on a daily basis as a teaching tool as well as allowing my students to work at their own pace and have a choice in how they can show mastery.
In order for my students to be successful, we need the necessary supplies to keep my students engaged. and motivated in learning. I want to get the necessary supplies to encourage healthy competition through educational games, flexible seating, and necessary supplies for everyday usage on a regular basis.
My Project
Students will use the colored pencils to illustrate images for vocabulary and make title pages for each unit. Students will also have opportunities to make posters and booklets throughout the year for projects.
We play educational games on a regular basis including vocabulary bingo which we make with the card stock and laminating paper.
The Blow Pops are used as prizes as well as points given toward weekly incentives. Finally we spend a lot of time in the classroom and want it to be a comfortable environment, so having cleaning supplies to keep the desk clean and the room smelling nice is always a plus and allows students to focus on the assignment.
