Comfortable Working

My Students

My students are wonderful! Teaching first graders is the BEST because they are so inquisitive and love coming to school to learn. My students get so excited when I teach them something new! I want to make their year as rememberable as possible!

I teach at a Title I school in Springfield, Illinois where 100 percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch.

Many of my students experience many traumas and challenges, but yet they are still so loving and positive.

My Project

On a daily basis my students read and write. we spend a lot of time on these activities and I allow them them to do these tasks while sitting around the room. My classroom is not very big, but I still want to provide comfortable seating options, where they can truly be comfortable and cozy as they work.

These cushions will allow my students to enjoy reading and writing in comfort.

Not only do these provide a comfortable cozy space, but they are also easy to store. They stack nicely and do not take up a lot of space as a result.
