This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading instruction in first grade is the most important part of the day and my students deserve the most comfortable space to work in!
Each student will sit at this table daily during small group instruction.
The table will be used for small group instruction (mainly reading and math). This table will provide much more space for all of the students to open their books completely rather than every other student holding their book on their lap as they have to do with the small round one we currently use!
